Why won't the key ignition switch start my outboard motor?
I have a 1999 mercury mountaineer which was stolen. Catalytic converters stolen which I've replaced, and of course ignition switch gone. The motor will turn as if to start but won't. The theft light is blinking. Could this be the problem?
