  To answer your question: 11 times, inclusive of 1941 and 2008. My birthday falls on November 27, 1961. When I was in grade school an adult asked me how often my birthday fell on Thanksgiving Day. Initially, my reaction was every 4 years - I don't know why - but that's not the answer. There is a pattern - you can check me by Googling a perpetual calendar and plugging every year in but what you will find is this pattern depending on where you start, in this case 1941: Every 6,5,6,11,6,5,6,11,6,5 years. Obviously, the next number in the sequence is 6 - so after 2008 - the next time that the 27th falls on Thanksgiving is 20014 followed by 2025!! Or, if it's easier to remember - whenever November 1 is a Saturday then the 27th will fall on Thanksgiving Day! Have fun with this!!
