Where can I apply for a caregiver job abroad?

What would be a good new job for me? I am a hospital caregiver, but I have had experience with children. I want a job where I have little contact with other staff, (no office politics etc), and where I have a bit of freedom in how I do my job. Ideas?

Is daycare an option ? I wouldn't think it would pay as good but it would get you into a different scene. I know a woman who has been doing it for 22 years and says she wouldn't want to do anything else, and that it has it's own rewards besides a good paycheck.
