I need a civil lawyer,yet in my town there are only two,and they wont take the case without 2500 to 5000 dollars,well ive been taken for 8000 and have all the evidence nessessary to prove my rights have been stepped on? cant u lawyers take payments?

Of course, if your claim is only for $8000, why not go to small claims court?
