Is there a way I can reopen my Youtube account that I accidentally deleted?

You can contact YouTube’s customer support by going to http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/request.py. If they are able to restore the account, personal details related your account will be deleted for ever, like the videos and comments associated with that account cannot be restored.
