What's wrong with the printer?

I bought a new printer and put software on followed the instructions and it came up that installation was complete,tried it out and got a message to add printer but then it said cant find printer does anyone know whats gone wrong and how to rectify it?

  thats just normal for google as you use the search engine, yahoo IE does this too. to keep the history cleaned off you PC really good I always recommend a program called Glary which is a registry repair plus it has other functions so here is the instructions for Glary.
