If Nuclear energy is bad why do people want to use sunlight to create power?

I always find it amusing how people think that all nuclear power is bad and all solar power is good. It's not that simple. We have the technology to make nuclear power clean and safe. It's actually probably the only feasible energy solution at the moment. To generate enough solar power for this country, we'd have to cover about 1/3 of our land in solar panels. Now, I think it's a great idea to put solar panels on home roof tops. But right now, we also don't have very efficient solar technology. There's also wind power, which kills TONS of birds, so you can't say that it's not damaging to the environment, though arguably less so than solar power. Of the three, nuclear energy is actually our best bet, really.

u cant judge things because they dont have neither minds nor emotios,and they r not controlled by themselves,u have to judge poeple and their use of these things,so if they use it 4 menkind's sake they will make it usefull,and if they use it 4 destructive reasons that hurt menkind then they make it harmfull and bad.so nuclear and solar energy r evaluted by man's use(they r not always bad).
