If you see a crime being committed but you don't call the police are you as responsible for the crime as the person who committed it?

Answer:
this is philosophy so it would be how you feel about it, no call your cool, no problem, however others are guarenteed to disagree. If I witnessed a crime that terrible I would feel I had comited it myself had I not tried to interfere, but would refrain from judging one who did nothing. Crime happened then but this is now.
