I don't have a job, and all of our assets are in my husbands name alone. If I default on a credit card in my name only how will it affect my husband, if at all?

if your credit card just has your name on it your husband should not be affected. However it you had a joint card he would,That's why it's so important to have cards in seperate names. Also if someone dies and you have seperate cards you will not be held for the payment of debt on the other card. Hope this helps Fox700
