When applying for a job online I have come across sites that want me to copy and paste my resume into a large area. What format do the expect here? I have already given information that is in my resume, what should I put there? Paste my resume.doc as is?

Answer:
That's what I'd do. If they print it out it would be intact and exactly as you want them to see it. From what I've seen, .doc is the standard for that sort of thing.
