What is the biology major like in college?

I'm in college and don't know what major to chose.I'm in biology now, but i'm not the best i can be at it. I really like design & art, but i feel like it's not worth to go to college for that, and i wouldnt get good $ form it. What should I do? HELP!!

    That seems a very odd combination - biology and art. One thing you need to consider at uni, as opposed to school, is specialism rather than generalisation. At school you have the opportunity to undertake a waide range of subjects, but when you move forwards, you need to be able to focus on one area. Why do you feel that design and art is not worth studying at college?

You don't have to be the best at a subject to get a degree in it. I love Psychology, that is what my degree is going to be in. It facinates me, but I am not a top notch student. Heck C's get Degrees and as long as you are working hard it doesn't matter. Maybe do art and design as a minor? Would that make you feel better?

Um, where did you do your research? Art can get you good bucks. I want to be an animator and they get paid exceptionally well depending on where you are working. I'm not sure about biology but I know alot about art and I intend to either be an animator, cartoonist or a tattoo artist. Maybe I can incorporate all 3 into one :)

talk to a counselor about computer design. Art is just about thrwon out of every school.
