When did you know it was the right time to get pregnant?

My hubby doesnt like wearin condoms when we do it. and because it's not yet time to get pregnant, i wanna know if the pill works right away, like, the first EVER pill im goina take in?

    No it doesn't, and it doesn't work all the time! To be safe, you might want use a spermicide as well (I have 2 children concieved while on bcp).

NO!!! they usually recommend taking the pill for 2 months with a back up method.(they want you to have 2 full cycles before the pill prevents pregnance for sure) there is another method you could try (it worked for me ). its called VCF. its a small film that is placed inside your vagina ,(you fold it, its small...make him do it for more fun) it melts and contains spermacide to kill off any potential baby makers. they have it at drug stores, walmart, target, etc. hope i helped :)

depending on the pill you take the doctor may say take it for 2 weeks to a month for it to take effect. my ex started taking the pill but we only waited 2 days before we had sex. she never got pregnant. everyone's body is different though hence why they say the pill is only 99.9% effective. nothing is full proof unfortunately.
