Where can I get the warmest coat?

I am going on a trip to NYc this wednesday, and i need some Advice? What is the warmest, but most fashionable coat i can get for Under $200 in S Fl, and where?. I am a 26yr old guy, and i have no idea what to look for or expect. I've never even seen snow

    just buy a coat that is wool, long (like past your butt), and a scarf, gloves, and hat. Dress in layers. If you do these things, you will not be cold. go to the mall.

I'd check the consignment and thrift stores in your area. They usually have some nice brand name stuff at a more than decent price.

Everyone wears fashionable pea coats in New York City. I know this only because I live here. Pea coats are a New York City necessity. Trust me. They will love you if you own a pea coat and accept you as one of their own. Stores like GAP, H&M, possibly Banana Republic can get you a pea coat. I got mine at H&M for $80 bucks. It's sweet.
