you need to compress your video file down. i use a mac, so i cant really help you with how to compress it in windows movie maker. but if you need help, just google it

Save the file, then convert it to a flv., then compress it. By the end of all that, a five minute movie will only take a few minutes on a fast DSL line (You have one, right)
