I work for a small company and i love my job and the owner. My problem is with the Ofc Mgr who is also my boss. She plays favorites, treats me like crap, and I feel like she has a personal vendetta against me. How do I handle this?

Answer:
Email her asking her why she feels the need to treat you the way she does. Be cordial and don't offend. Send a CC to the owner and make sure she knows.

Tough situation. Sounds like she does have a personal issue with you. Best bet is to build strong relationships with your co-workers, and do your job well. Don't let your boss affect your work product, and keep a journal of your work successes, just in case you need backup. And, the phrase 'kill her with kindness' can also help. Be extra pleasant to your boss. It will be hard, but it is sometimes better to be effective than right. Good luck
