In California state tax refunds will go unpaid for 30 days. State workers will be forced to take two days a month "unpaid furlough". Students on financial aid have to wait for funds. How is your state doing?

Well we are laying off in the Hundred here in WV but in others states it would be equal to the 1,000's. So if they say 500 people are being laid off else where it would be 5,000 people. So not so good.

The paper changes everyday on the state workers, they talked about cutting 2000 people and that 2 day thing, then we were told the government was giving every state enough money to not cut employees, we are in a "hire/fire freeze" right now
