Listen to me! I don't know who you are or what kind of person you are. If you want your children to be raised with values and knowing right from wrong, you need to be the one to set the example for them. You need to file charges to let everyone know that what she is doing is not only wrong but is also showing the courts the kind of person she is and what she has to offer to these children. Poor judgements and illegal activity are not qualities that judges look for in parents.

since it is not up to you whether she gets arrested or not, do the right thing and report her to the court. They will decide what to do about it. I also suggest you ask the court to appoint an advocate of the court for the child.
