I want to be motivated to get up early, and exercise! but I cant seem to get there. I just DONT wake up... any words of advice on how to start getting into a healthy fitness routine?

Try to go to sleep earlier, making you wake up earlier and just push yourself to get up and go run or something. Set an alarm on the weekend to wake you up just to go exercise, then shower and go back to sleep if you want, you just have to make yourself do it.
