Thes are things that would be good for the company to see, but maybe not the customers. Aim for their jobs, money checks. Getting people to think about those things will get them thinking about how important a customer really is. With out customers you are with out a job. Customers pay the bills and thats how you get your check. An unhappy customer will take their service somewhere else, along with that goes their money. A happy customer means a happy boss/company. When you go somewhere else you are a customer, how do you want to be treated? Think about the customer, he could be the next guy to help you when you are a customer. Where would our company be if we didnt have any customers? What will our customers say about us? Did you hear what one customer said to the potential customer? Did they recommend us or did they turn the potential customer the other way? Did your actions make a good customer or bad publicity? Customers have a turning point. Will they return or turn others away? Customers may not be always right, but they are the ones who pay the bills. Your boss signs the check, but the customer gives him the money.
