You can't. You have to be pretty special to lose all that. Unless you remember, that email account is lost.

If you lost ALL, and can't find any. Take it as a learning experience. Contact anyone you can and let them know your old e-mail is no longer valid. Otherwise, this looks like a poor mans attempt to break access to anothers e-mail. Your aim could be honest as you say, but theres no way to verify hence those secret questions.
