How do I install a new webcam on my computer?

I am trying to install a webcam to my new computer and this its what happens.. the file 'ksuser.dll' on windows xp home edition service pack 3cd is need what does this mean and how do i fix this issue PLEASE HELP !!!!!

    you need to download service pack 3 to install that u can do it free.. its just an update some programs won't work unless your windows is updated and 3 came out a few months ago

either download and installe a .dll repair program(i have looked and never found a decent working one for free) or take your "product key" (it is usually on a sticker attached to the outside of the machine) to any computer shop, purchasses the re-install disc(5-15 bucks) boot from it, run "repair utility" when it boots it will say "press f3 to run repair utility" be quick! then you will need to enter the admin password. it will run and your all set. another option is to run "system restore" start>all programs>accessories>system restore set it back. every time you uninstall you risk losing a .dll another free posible solution is download and run "PC Checkup" it has a basic .dll repair function for free and it has good odds of working.
