In match play golf tournaments, how can rules differ with individual players?

Answer:
Match play vs. Stroke play has many different rulings. Buy a rule book and keep it in your bag, you will need it. Most often the ruling is a loss of a hole (in match play) rather than a stroke or 2 stroke pen. In match play as you may know, your score doesn't really matter much. The OBJECT of match play is to win more holes than your opponent. Match play is great cause you can be aggressive. So what whats the worst thing...you lose a hole.
