How to turn off Parental Settings on Xbox?

When i turn the xbox on it goes to the menu screen which says memory , music , xbox live , and setting i dont know how to play the games gone into settings but games isnt there either can anybody help me plz?

    There is something wrong with your Xbox because it is supposed to automatically start the game when you put the disk in the tray. You could try going to xbox.com and asking for help or call customer support their number is (800)4MY-XBOX. They will probably say it needs to be repaired. When I tried to have mine repaired they were going to charge me $100 so I just bought another one. They are about $60.00 at Gamestop.
