I just saw a interview of a doctor that was trying to set up a program where you could pay his office a monthly fee which would allow you to visit him whenever you needed him but the US government shut him down,why would they do that?

Sounds good...however, things that sound too good to be true,,usually are. Maybe the government knew something about him that we don't. I will check into the story, though.

If the government got involved I assume (*not having read or watched the story myself.)That is got into Medicaid or Medicare issues which would cause too many billing issues to track or properly maintain.
