What is something a person can do to help to save the earth? (drive less or carpool, conserve water by using a low flow shower head)

    One thing is stop using bottled water.First of all it is just plain tap water.You could just use one or two bottles and fill them up where ever you are.They are a waste of money and one could fill their bottles about 6000 times for the same cost as buying a bottle of water.The energy it takes to make the bottle is not worth the effort and the waste in landfills is terrible.The local government here is discouraging the use of bottled water,and mandating using tap water.
