What is the best way to become an RN from an LVN Please tell me if it is worth it and if the pay is good. I am trying to start a new career?

You have two options: 1 - Since you know you want to go for the RN you can opt for a program– this way get your foot in the door and you can see if this is a path you are really interested, weather you like it, want to move up, etc. If you don’t want to go any further you don’t have to. 2 - Or you can opt for a in nursing program– it’s an 11 month vn and 9 month lvn to adn included in a package so if you already know you want to go further this is the route I would take. This is what my sister did because she knew where she wanted to and it saved my parents money. As far as pay goes, it honestly depends on where you live, what degree you chose and what type of setting you work in.
