How do I know if someone hacked into PC?

If someone hacked into my pc(signed in with my info)what can they access?how would i know 4 sure?i had some stuff happen with emails etc last month being signed into etc.help please!!what should i do?

They can access everything you can...... How do you know.... the simple answer - is you probably cant..... What should you do... depends on which operating system you have... you can require a password to login and use NTFS to protect your info Sorry about being vague... its the nature of your question...!
