What workouts are unsafe to do at a young age?

I need a personal diet plan. Age:11; Weight:140; Activity Level: Softball twice a week (w/out games); Weight loss goal: 60; Please don't criticize me! I need a set diet plan, with no options. Also, daily workouts up to an hour long. Thank you!

  • Answer:

no you do NOT need a diet plan. if you really are 11 years old you should be out playing you do not need to worry about your weight! also, your too young to be on this website.

I highly doubt you are 11 since a 11 year old doesn't need to lose wait. If you really are 11 you are too young to be on this website. About the diet plan. In order to loose weight you should do heavy training and increase the amount you eat. That will get rid of the flab and replace it with muscle.

You're 11? Yeah, right! Half the adults on here can't spell 50 percent of the words you just typed and punctuated perfectly. If this is an adult writing for a child...an 11 year old doesn't need to lose 60 pounds. An 11 year old needs to maintain weight and grow in to their body.

How tall are you? Are you overweight? Here is some advice: Lay off the candy, eat more green vegetables (yes, sprouts, because they own), drink more water, and make sure you eat breakfast. Eat wholemeal/wholewheat bread etc as well instead of white bread. If you really are 11, I suggest joining after school clubs, like soccer, tennis, swimming, or something like that, they're the perfect way of exercise for young children.
