My Ps2 (Older fat one) recently started to stop working. When I turn it on, the green and blue lights come on. My TV goes green then back to black, No sound, or anything on the screen. Doesnt play a game, or go to the menu regardless of disk or not. Halp!

Answer:
Hate to tell you this but the only reasonable solution is just get a new one, theres no way to fix something built so small, machines put the circuit boards together, mine did the same thing, I took it apart and then back together, no way to realistically repair it; just get a new one.

Make sure your audio and video cables are in tight on both the PS2 and TV, if that does not work. Then I would suspect your PS2 is on the fray. Consider replacing it with a 20GB or 60GB PS3.
