Answer:
sounds like acid reflux, but if you say it happens from eating bread that wouldnt work. i know one of my friends who had that problem, and he found out that he was gluten intolerant. you may want to get checked for that

You could be lactose intolerant. My friend gets stomach pains when he eats pizza and it's from the cheese (dairy). As far as bread goes I don't know what's causing that.
Goulash
maybe your Gluten intolerant. Gluten is in bread, wheat.pizza. I had a girlfriend who was, she'd get sick or get sores on her cheeks. (face cheeks) poor thing used to love me cooking Samolina for a comfort breakfast food. it was full of Gluten. i didnt know at the time. theres bread made gluten free. and bikkies and such. if its your prob you wont have to miss out too much.
Binkky
Yes. At one time it was a duodenal ulcer causing the pain. However, i later discovered that I had severe GIRD (Gastro Intestinal Reflux Disease) which is very treatable. See a doctor and you will most likely be able to eat all the pizza you want. For the moment, take an antacid.

Shatzee coming back?
not from eating pizza or bread, but i have had INTENSE stomach pain from taking vitamins. i have no idea what causes it but taking alka seltzer or icing your stomach / chest might help. if it doesnt work you have to wait out the pain and if it doesnt go away after a few hours go to the doctor (still go to the doctor even if it does go away)

You could be sensitive to combining foods together in your stomach. Pizza has cheese and tomato sauce. And milk products don't combine that well with acidic foods think about mixing milk in with vinager not the best combination. You might want to take a look into food combining and how to eat certain foods at one time and other foods at another time.
