My Truck was hit while I was backing out of a parking lot. I was 3/4 way out at a gas station on Ft Hood. 2 lanes were blocked by my tail and only thing still in the spot was my hood and front tires. A car hit me behind the wheel on the side. Whos fault?

Answer:
Your fault. You have to yield to other automobiles, if you are departing from private property.

Yours unless you were being waved out by an authorised traffic controller and the driver who hit you ignored their directions. You are not supposed to back into traffic.

yours, from what you say you were backing into the road, you have to yeild the right of way, unless you were hit square on the rear bumper (like a rear ender)
