I had a terrible case of poison oak in California.It was much worse than poison ivy,and my leg swelled up,and had constant itching over a large part of my body.All the medication that the doctors gave me helped little,if at all.I looked up through the internet,and was told to eat the leaves from the plant itself.I went out and ate the leaves (about 8) and the next day my ailment was gone,and I developed an immunity to it.The native tribes used this method for all their ailments.
