Where does World Health Organization actually work?

The World Health Organization is planning to raise the level from 5 to 6..the highest rating,for Swine Flu. That means we are in the throes of a pandemic. Still the work of the scaremonger left-wing media or maybe something we should take seriously?

I don't think there is much one can do one way or the other. We still have to carry on with our lives. It is those with chronic illnesses and obeisity who should be concerned. Otherwise, I think it is no different to a bout of flu that we have every year.
