How do you download videos to the USB memory stick?

I reformat the memory stick of my PSP sony. when i connect to USB connection to computer, why is it the folder is empty in the computer. The ISO, Music Videos Root is missing,? is there other way so i could download games and videos? thanks

  When you reformat any kind of storage device, all files are completely removed from it. I would recommend remaking the folders manually from your computer to put any thing back. I know every one says this but I'm serious downloading games is illegal, some people may see it as a cheaper more effective way to get games, but you know what the guys who make viruses and internet worm have the same idea, and besides if every one was to start downloading free games, the game developers would go bankrupt and we would be the ones suffering.
