I work in a grocery store and there's this verrry cute guy that comes in once a week. Every time he comes in he always winks and smiles at me and says hi.Other than blatantly asking him, how do I find out if he's interested or if he's just flirty?

Answer:
Why not ask a fellow worker to casually go ask him what he thinks of you? If he says that you're awesome and phat, then you'll know to go ask him out. If he says that you are nice and he enjoys seeing you, then he's just flirting. However, that flirting could go further if you flirted back more.

You could always flirt back a bit. If he comes in on a regular schedule, arrange to be getting off about when he comes in, and if he does the flirty thing and says hi, tell him you were about to go out for coffee and ask if he'd like to join you.
