What To Do To Speak English Fluently For Free?

I am an english learner, but it's been hard for me to speak English fluently and clearly. i have been learning english for more than 10 years . what's wrong with that. who can help me

    You should speak with native English speakers reguarly. I don't know what is available in your area to help you meet native speakers (obviously) but local adult education centres; social groups and meetings etc may be able available for you to meet and talk with English people. If it becomes feasible for you, you could take a prolonged trip to an English speaking country and take an ESOL course while you are there to make sure you get the most out of your time.

I don't understand...You say you have been trying to speak English Fluently and clearly for 10 years now but you seem to write down nicely...Do speak with other English speaking people on a daily bases because that will force you to have to conform your pronunciation in the right way...I don't...I have spoke English my whole life and I still do it badly lol
