Im a runner and when i run more than 3 miles my feet and legs go numb what could that be

There seems to be quite a lot of advice as well as theories about getting numb feet and legs when running, on the two website pages below, more so on the second one. A popular answer is that running shoes are tied too tightly, or that the running shoe is meant for a narrower foot - seems that feet swell after just a few miles of running and thus changes how your running shoe fits. That's common in runners - no particular medical condition or anything like that.

may be cuz of the adrenaline or endorphins you get from running. if your body knows your not stopping, its not gonna put it through to much uneeded pain.
