How do I get into reading a book and what are some good books?

My good friends B-Day is Sunday the 21st. I want to get her a book as she is ALWAYS reading but I am unsure where to start. I know that she likes mainly fantasy books. She likes J.K.Rowling, Terry Goodkind, and Dean Koontz as far as I know. Any Ideas?
