What are a few simple exercises to slim your calves (mine are bulky, but mostly with muscle) and tone your thighs, butt and stomach without increasing muscle bulk? How often should they be done?

well pilates is good for toning but also elongating muscles which will make them look slimmer. just get a video or two and do it lk 2 or three times a week. It will also help w/flexability
