Studying law abroad in Australia.

I am studying Trademark Law and wondered what the easiest way to register a name in different jurisdictions say, NZ, Australia, EU and US? Is this possible under one protocol or does it need doing one country at a time?

  • Answer:

To register a mark? You can apply for an International Trademark, it will be more expensive than registering in just three jurisdictions but easier.
