Do you know any good science fair ideas?

A friend gave me a 80's looking 10-in-1 kit from radio shack and a science fair kit with a meter, tuner control, control nob,LED's,speaker, light sensor, and an a-b button on the front. Does anyone know of a website that would have ideas and parts for them?

  • Answer:

As I recall, Radio Shack also sold small pamphlets separately for those kits, showing how to make many fun little projects like am and fm radios, metal detectors, voice amplifiers, optical transmission demonstrators, and other such devices.

i would just go to radioshack and get the parts yourself. if your new in electronics, you should really do some studying before tinkering with anything. but the lab kits should of came with books that gives you a small glimpse into the world of electronics technology. i had 4 of them and now im in college for electronics engineering. search some websites for schematic diagrams for some easy tasks that just require a few batteries. just be cautious with LED's and batteries while not using a resistor. the most you can put into them is 3 to 4.5 volts before they start to burn internally. have fun :)
