How much vitex should I take and how long?

How long does it normally take vitex to get your period started?

    It depends on your actual useage of vitex how long have you been on vitex?when was your period before taking it?what if anything has your dr said?is it a well known birthcontrol cause there are so many out there?it should have come with some instructions as to what it will do as far as your period it might be one of those that has to cycle as to your own body so it could take a while.

I have only been taking it since jan. 24 and I had no period before that because I was on the depo shot for about a year but I have been off it for over two years and have only had one period in that whole time. It doesnt come with instructions. Its also not a brithcontrol. I am TTC and i need my period back for that to happen. Vitex is supposed to help that.
