What does antibiotics do to a dental abscess?

Eye and head pains after abscess treated with antibiotics.

  • this is day 8 of being on Cefalexin antibiotics ( 250g 3 times daily 5ml)and my mouth is so much better,but today i have the odd wave of pains on my eye socket and forehead at the same side the abscess was its not severe more annoying than anything,is it connected? and do i need more antibiotics? thanks for any answers.

checked and no there isnt any flourine,but the pain has gone away now on its own after lasting two days.
