How to deal with face skin problems?

Have spent 100's of $ on face creams, makeup, etc. to cover skin problems. Can anyone help?

  • Saw dermatologist and spent 100's more with no improvement. Have red patches on cheeks, looks like butterfly rash. Been tested for lupus, but not conclusive enough. Can't keep face from being dry. Makeup goes on splotchy and dry. Tried expensive and cheap makeup, nothing works. Even tried airbrush system. Please help.
