If Earth's plates are constantly shifting, what will a global map look like in the far distant future? Where are we headed, geologically-speaking?

For starters, California will have moved up towards Alaska, there would be a few more Hawian Islands, India would be pressed harder into china and the himilayas would be taller. The Americas would drift further away from Europe and Africa and move generally towards Asia, The Pacific will have gotten smaller, and the Atlantic will have grown. There are some more subtle movements that I don't know about but thats what comes to mind at the moment.
