How do I view hidden files on my Hard Drive?

I have hidden my C Drive programs file & windows , when i restart my laptop , i unable to see the programs when click on Start > programs , none , when chke on C drive there is no file when i enable to view all hidden files,the also i unable to see

Use system restore in 'safe-mode' and you should be able to go back to before you tinkered with it. :o)
