Will we ever see a male football (soccer) team playing a female football (soccer) team in our lifetime? What about tennis and other sports, when will we see a male player on one side of the court and a female player on the other side?

Sports where there is no physical contact such as tennis may happen, but I don't think sports such as football will. The males would have to alter their game too much, and would be holding back in the tackles etc.
