How do I learn about physics?

A couple years ago a friend of mine in Physics 11 class ( who was born and raised in China ) said that he already learned all of the Physics material that we were being taught years ago in China. How early do Chinese students learn this?

  I cannot tell you precisely. However, it is nothing new that children in developing countries often get a demanding curriculum at a young age. For example, when I was in elementary school 40 years ago I was exposed to a math text from India that included powers and roots 3 years before they were covered in my USA classes. There are flip sides. Illiteracy strikes some developing countries, or has in the past. Therefore the privileged are motivated to study hard knowing that they are lucky to get an education. India has a literacy rate of 61%. China has improved to a literacy rate of 90%.
