Runescape question....im a member i have 63 attk, 62 str, 53 def, 49 pray, 61 mage, 55 range. is there anything i can train my attk on that is either weak and agressive or just a great way to train?

I certianly recommend training on the experiments. If you're not sure where they are or how to get to them, then you have to do the creature of fenkenstrain quest and you will be allowed access to the underground cavern via a gravestone which is really just a cover for a ladder. The gravestone is near the castle for the quest and has the right click option "push". Happy hunting! ^^
