Im trying to get back into tip top shape like they way i used to be. But I want to have some cuts for my abs and slim down some more. Does anyone know some workouts I can do for good results or tips or anything in general that can help me out with this?

good diet good training and plenty of rest. do the cardio for 30 minutes, early morning on a empty stomach (eat nothing dont even brush your teeth.) you will burn more fat then. eat clean, higher protein and lower fat and carbs plenty of sleep
